What’s the first thing you need when you’ve just finished a long, hard, run? A good drink! The world’s largest mobile bar is coming to the Bedford Run Fest 2023. The bar will be fully stocked with your favourite summer beers, ales, ciders and more! If you’re running or not, make sure you visit us inside the event village and grab yourself a drink and enjoy the finish festival atmosphere.

Yoga is back at the festival again this year! Charli Van Ness & Co return to Bedford Running Festival! No need to book, just arrive and roll out your mat!
All classes are suitable for all ages, no experience required. Open to anyone from the community enjoying the festivities or for those participating in the running events. This is an opportunity available to ALL for FREE! We are also available anytime during the event to answer any yoga related questions, offer personal tips to support you and your wellbeing.

KIDS ZONE - BROUGHT TO YOU BY KULAKIDS
Charli Van Ness & Co will be sharing their wisdom and positivity to you all this year as we host the
KulaKids Tent + Yoga to the Bedford Running Festival!
The fantastic Kula Kids Team are back with wonderful sessions throughout the weekend! The KulaKids Tent offers a variety of activities such as Yoga, Freedom Movement, Storytelling, Sound Bath, Arts+ Crafts, Hair Braiding, Glitter Tattoos, and Face Paints throughout both days (Saturday until 6pm, Sunday until 1/2pm).
Yoga, Freedom Movement, Sound Bath and Storytelling are FREE to the public. However, donations are welcome towards Arts + Crafts, Hair Braiding, Glitter Tattoos, and Face Paints.
Activities also include parents if they need to stay with them but also happy to independently care for the children.

Sundown Cinema has been bringing cinema out into the open air since 2013. Loved by film fans across Herts and Beds and beyond we've focused on making sure that outdoor cinema is about creating some summer memories. Whether that's with our daytime family screenings showing films suitable for all the family to enjoy or waiting until the sun goes down and putting a giant screen to use with films for friends. Grab something from the food market and a drink from the bar and get together as we end the summer with some big feel good films. We're thrilled to be part of the Bedford Running Festival and looking forward to being part of Bedford's summer.
